FINALLY!! i found an excuse to kick Merkidge out of the guild - cowardice in the face of the enemy. oh and we killed Anub 25 for the first time as a guild too. Which was nice.

Seriously though there is nothing quite so low as a player who deserts his team because it get hard, leaving 24 other people unable to continue. Luckily Fodia was good enough to step into his place and we downed the boss the next try but one would have quite understood if no one would have been willing to lock themselves on the last boss. I gave Fodia full dkp as if he had been there for the whole run but obviously he still missed out on the chnace for loot this week. Thank you again for that and to Somerset who stepped in when anothe player i will not mention here but who's name was noted "disconected" and did not return. I will give him the benefit of the doubt on this occasion. If you can't stay for a whole raid then let someone else go in your place.

Necroknight/Dwrdu rejoined the guild, rather more unexpectedly Rossitini did as well. As many of you will know Rossi was a founder member of the group and we split in the spring over artistic differences.

Why would I let people who have left return? I value loyalty probably as highly as skill but I draw a clear distinction between people who leave because they are unhappy and fed up and those traitorous loot whores who defect to other guilds.
